Multi-User plan has the ability to make your own Toolbox Talks.

Manual Handling

Create a full manual handling assessment using the TILE Acronym (Task, Individual, Load, Environment). Identify the hazards, explain what you're doing to keep people safe when manually handling and add images if you want to.

HAVs & Noise Assessments

Assess vibration and noise exposure to those using vibrating tools and equipment. All exposure values are calculated based on what you input the system to make sure that you're not exceeding the the exposure action and limit values.

H&S Documents

Download Forms & Records from welfare inspections to internal audit forms to make sure that you're doing what you should be doing to keep everyone safe. You can also add your own forms and records to this module and save them to access them when you need them.

Branded Documents

Add your company name and logo to all documents that you create using RAMs App. Don't worry if you don't have a logo, you can use the RAMs App instead.

Content Updates

We continually review and update the RAMs App content library based on changes to industry guidance, standards and legislation. This means that you always have access to the most current information to keep everyone safe.

Document Cover Pages

Add a PDF as a cover page to your documents for added visual impact on the documents that you create.

Asbestos Awareness Training

Our Asbestos Awareness Training course is accredited by the Independent Asbestos Awareness Training Providers (IATP). This is complimentary training available only to Annual Unlimited and Users with Multi-User licences.

Online Health & Safety Training

Online H&S Training courses are all provided by beAccredited and accredited by CPD. This complimentary awareness training is available to Annual Unlimited Users and Users with Multi-User licences.

Available training courses include: Work at height, Manual Handling, Managing and Supervisor Tranining & Asbestos Awareness.

Health and Safety Policy

We will create a Health & Safety Policy if you need one for your business and also manage any updates that you request throughout your time as a RAMs App Customer. The document will be provided as a PDF file.

Competent Health and Safety Support

You need to appoint one or more competent persons in relation to health and safety comply with the Management of Health and Safety at work Regulations, we act as this person for companies with less than 5 employees. This will give you access to complimentary telephone and email support for your Health and Safety questions or concerns.

With this service, you will receive: A certificate of services and a copy of of our company H&S CV.

Digital Review and Approval

Send Risk Assessments & Method Statements by emails for digital review and approval by whoever you like. Reviewers do not need a RAMs App account to receive, review and approve documents created by RAMs App.

Document Revision History

View a timeline of history for every Risk Assessment and Method Statement documents that you make. You can even download previous revisions of a document should you need one.

Admin User Profile

Manage Users, User Permissions and Content within the system from the Admin User Profile. There is a limit of 1 Admin account per company.

Content Visibility Management

Set the visibility status of content so you can tailor the content that appears for Users within the system. This will ensure that only content that is applicable to your business appears when creating documents within RAMs App.

User Permissions

Advanced User Permissions allow you ton control features such as: ability to delete documents, Risk Assessment template, if the User can make documents live or force documents created by a User to go through the digital Review and Approval process, select who the default reviewers are for documents made by a specific user.

Content Customization

Add your own content into RAMs App or take our content and tweak it so it says exactly what you would like it to say as standard.

Quick Sign

Send documents to be signed via text or email at ease. The recipients then enter a code to preview the document and add their signature. They do not need to have a RAMs App account to sign.

RAMs Templates

Create a template for Risk Assessments & Method Statements to cut time spent putting together documents with the same hazards and activities.

AI Generated Content

Use artificial intelligence to generate Risk Assessments, Activities & Toolbox Talks.

Training Manager

Manage your training and certifications by linking them to contacts. Export via PDF, Excel or create a web link. Alternatively, link a training matrix to your RAMs document.

We have a suite of online guides built into the system that show you how to use every feature. If you cannot find a guide, let us know and we will point you in the right direction. If we don't have a guide for it, we will create one!

Telephone Support

Telephone Support is available for Annual Unlimited and Multi User licence holders should we not be able to solve your problems remotely using the ticketing and email support functions.

Support Times

The Team are available to help Monday - Friday from 08:00 to 16:00 (UK time). Don't worry though, we would provide out of hours support for major issues such as if the RAMs App server goes down.

Account Set Up

The account set up consists of creating your account and setting up your Users, including Admin User. Once this is complete, the account is handed over to you.

We provide User training to ensure that you are getting the most from the system. This can be complete so you learn before you start using RAMs App, or even if you're an existing customer and would like to learn more about the features, this can be arranged.
